This policy explains how Finalytics Systems (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you submit an enquiry through this website, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data-protection law.

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, telephone or WhatsApp number, selected service interest, market and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and, where relevant, prepare proposals and deliver services. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored in our customer-relationship management system and email, accessible only to authorised personnel. We may share data with service providers that support our operations (for example CRM, email and hosting providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or by law.
