A national inspection-technology firm was working with a high-cost, consultant-dependent BI stack. Reporting could not keep pace with the business, and internal teams had little ability to change reports themselves.
Approach
We assessed the reporting landscape and mapped a right-sized BI layer using Metabase — executive dashboards, operational reporting and self-service analytics tailored to inspection workflows.
